A FAVORITE PLACE FOR YOUR ANGER, SADNESS AND ANXIETY – IS INSIDE YOUR OWN HUG

Hug your emotions. A way to heal and transform and transmute.

IT IS YOUR RESISTANCE AND INABILITY TO BE THE LOVING “PARENT” FOR YOUR EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS THAT CREATES BLOCKS WITHIN YOU

I want to mention something very important again bout your healing evolutionary journey! The line above is of most importance.

When you are healing from anything, what is hindering the healing is when you so DESPERATELY WANT TO GET HEALED, SO DESPERATELY WANT THE PAIN AND SUFFERING TO GO AWAY. Thus resisting the healing.

The more you want that, the slower the process will be. How do you heal, and not just stuff it away until new experience brings it forth again and again and again and again… you get where I am getting at? 

You must stop judgment of what is happening within you in the moment. If you are hurting emotionally then you must become your own caretaker and treat yourself as a child that is hurting. If you are sad – do not be sad about your saddens, just be sad. Angry? – do not get angry about your anger and definitely do not release it on another, but simply allow it to flow through you.
This allowing, this becoming the “mother” to the “child” your own emotions you can transmute the density of the emotion that is being released, by simply NOT resisting it.

Lets take it further and deeper:
I will share MY Personal experience: So here I was out of a romantic union that lasted over 2 years of on and off trials. Many past lives I have shared with that man and then it was ended in a way that was not pleasing to my emotional body. So here I was, much time has passed since the break-up, I was standing by the stove and cooking my oatmeal and all of a sudden a large wave of serious Anger was coming on toward him. Out of the blue it hit me. It caught me by a great surprise for i have not felt anger for some time since the awakening.
I stood there unable to cook , frozen in the emotion. I took deep breaths, allowing it to flow and sent blessings to him for this is what I have always done to transmute any negativity toward anything or anyone.
BUT THIS TIME AROUND this was not enough. My higher self – MY GUIDANCE- came in and told me to HUG the ANGER THIS TIME AROUND.
I literary extended my arms out and hugged the emotions and within few seconds I saw it diffusing into Crystalline white light. It was gone once and for all. Transmuting all that has been “anger” in this lifetime and past between him and I. LIBERATION!

You see the teacher never stops being a student!

SO, LET IT FLOW SO IT CAN BE TRANSMUTED, BECOME A LOVING PARENT FOR YOUR EMOTIONS, TREAT IT LIKE A SICK CHILD, THAT COMES FOR HELP. YOU WOULD NOT PUSH AWAY YOUR SICK CHILD, WOULD YOU?

FOR AS YOU ALLOW, THE LIGHT CAN WORK ON YOUR BEHALF AND CAN TRANSMUTE YOUR PAIN. IT IS YOUR RESISTANCE AND INABILITY TO BE THE LOVING SPACE FOR YOUR EMOTIONS, FOR YOUR FEELINGS THAT CREATES BLOCKS WITHIN YOU AND YOU GET STUCK. 

SO simply welcome all that arises from within, without wanting to numb it, be the nurturing parent for your emotions, so they can go in PEACE into LIGHT.
FOR IT IS ONLY LOVE THAT HEALS AND IT IS HURT THAT SEPARATES.

And if you are having hard time with that, do not turn to substance to numb your pain. Turn to family and friends, counselors and healers and light-workers.
